Summary
(Forkort) Two training courses were held which aimed to increase the level of skills in ore geology and ore mineralogy among staff members at EIGS. The courses were intended to have relevance for on-going exploration and research activites within the ETHINOR program. Two separate 5 days courses were offered. In order to improve future courses in geology given by NGU within the ETHINOR programme, we have been asked to give an evaluation of the course. This is based on our own impressions from the two weeks of courses and also the field trip to Lega Dembi, held between the courses. Our impressions from discussions with the participants are also noted. This evaluation is therefore somewhat subjective.
