Organisation and Finances
Organisation and Finances is responsible for financial and administrative development, purchasing, project leader support, and supporting the management team. The section is also responsible for accounting and payroll.
We provide support for research work, case management, coordination of business planning/reporting, dialogue with the head Department, and internal development/projects within the administrative area. The team has responsibility for project support and archiving, central purchasing agreements with supplier negotiation and contact, and quality assurance when it comes to adhering to procurement regulations.
The Human Resources team works to harmonize all the various demands and expectations staff and management. Recruitment, development, and retaining qualified employees are tasks central to their work.
