Mineral Resources
We are working to identify and evaluate potential deposits of industrial minerals and ores which may be of future economic significance. The user target is public administration, industry and other stakeholders. Information is gathered and stored in NGUs mineral resource database that is accessible through www.ngu.no and www.prospecting.no. In addition to this primary task, special theme focused projects are run by team members in collaboration with industry and Government agencies.
