Laboratories provides analytical services in the fields of geochemistry, mineralogy, XRI and XRF scanning, geochronology, grain size distribution, mechanical testing of building materials. There are also facilities for preparation of thin section and mineral separation. We support NGU's main activities in the field of research, prospecting and management. Laboratories deliver “fit-for-purpose” analytical methods and develop new methods in collaboration with the other research groups from NGU. Several methods are accredited and our quality system complies with the requirements of the ISO / IEC 17025 standard.
