Invoicing NGU
NGU requires electronic invoices and credit notes for all purchases of goods and services, regardless of the size. Electronic invoice are based on Norway’s standard e-commerce format, Elektronisk handelsformat (EHF), which has been developed under the guidance of the Pan-European Public Procurement Online (PEPPOL) project.
When sending an invoice from outside of Norway, please note:
- NGU's electronic address for EHF is our VAT/Org.nr.: 9908:970188290 (international)
- Our access point: Unit4 Agresso
- Indicate the 6-digit NGU project nr. and the purchaser's name
