The next annual Geohab conference will be held in Galway, Ireland, following the kind invitation of Dr. Anthony Grehan at the University of Galway. Ireland is well under way with its extensive Seabed Survey covering the entire shelf and the marine institutions have recently secured substantial funds. There is therefore every reason to expect some very interesting presentations in May 2004.
