Successful GeoHab2005 meeting in Canada 
The 6th GeoHab meeting in Sidney, British Columbia was a great success with more than 100 participants from Canada, US, Norway, Australia, UK, Belgium, Ireland, Fiji. Excellent presentations covering a wide range of topics from multibeam processing to management policies during the 2.5 day conference demonstrated the state-of-the-art in benthic marine habitat mapping. The conference was brilliantly organised by J. Vaughn Barrie, Kim Conway and co-workers.
