Check the permafrost temperature in Svalbard and Norway! The first online Norwegian permafrost database has been established at NGU.
Permafrost
The NORPERM database provides information on ground temperatures from boreholes and from miniature temperature dataloggers (MTDs) near the ground-surface. NORPERM was established during the International Polar Year (IPY) as the main legacy of the research project “TSP Norway - A Contribution to the Thermal State of Permafrost in Norway and Svalbard".
