Information technology is a critical success factor for NGU. Without well managed IT-systems it would be unattainable for NGU to achieve our commission and communicate our production in a serviceable manner.
The IT team is operating all main IT systems on NGU. This covers services as office support systems, geological databases and NGU's web sites.
It's also our responsibility that all employees on NGU have adequate computer resources.
We also play a major part inn development of new geological databases and web map services on NGU. Nearly half of the employees are engaged in this development.
